Good to know
Anyone transporting third-party goods commercially in Germany with vehicles over 3.5 t must hold carrier’s liability insurance under § 7a GüKG with a minimum sum insured of EUR 600,000 per claim. The certificate of insurance must be carried in the vehicle.
